Blossombeauty.nz does not offer a refund on any services that have been performed but if you are not happy with the treatment provided, we will do our best to correct any concerns you may have. So please make sure you are 100% happy at the time of your appointment.
We also do not offer any refunds on any products if you simply decide you no longer want the product so please take your time to select the product you wish to buy.
Blossombeauty.nz will allow 7 days from the time of purchase to request a refund if deemed acceptable.
To be eligible for a refund on purchased products that arrive damaged, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If a product is faulty, we can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money into your designated bank account. But We may consider a credit note “if deemed acceptable”. So please take your time and select wisely. To ask for a refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed into your designated bank account within 7-10 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return Charges will apply and you will be notified of the cost through email unless the product is faulty. In that case Blossombeauty.nz will organise a courier to collect your product for return.
